Training experience
David began training for Continuity Shop in 2011 and has delivered their 5 day tutor-led courses ever since, with an exceptional tutor pass-rate appropriate to the equally exceptional overall pass-rates from Continuity Shop. He also delivers these courses globally in the USA, Africa, Europe and for the BCI licensed training provider GRCCS Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. He is the author of his own suite of training courses which includes the BC Champions 3 day training.
David J. Window
David founded the company in 2011 after leaving a FTSE 100 Utility Company in the North West of the UK. His roles there included "Corporate Business Continuity Manager and a role in the companies International Division as Head of Procurement and Logistics based in Eastern Europe.

Service Delivery Experience
David delivered business continuity management programmes in the utilities sector in the Uk and overseas. As a consultant he has assisted organisations small and large to instigate, improve or manage their business continuity programmes including all elements of the BCI Lifecycle, creating the full set of Professional Practices regardless of the business sector. He has consulted in Africa both in country and remotely. He has held the role of Senior Consultant for Resilience with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and acted as UK Principal Expert for the International Standards Organisation (ISO) in Japan, dealing specifically with BS ISO TS 22318 Societal Security and Supply Chain Business Continuity management.
